The wood fired sauna experience gives you space for relaxation, body care, digital detox and socialising. The sauna-bathing experience you never knew you needed! There are 3 saunas, called Loyly, Leil and Albion - along with the firepit, cool plunge pool, freshwater showers, and changing rooms. Each Sauna can hold up to 6 people in each, 18 people in total.

Facilities include outdoor seating areas, picnic table. changing rooms, fresh water showers, an Urban Icetribe, chilled steel tub, Cool Plunge Pool and a Slipper Bath – for you to cool off between sessions too.  Upgrade your experience with handmade, natural in-sauna body treatments. Why not add on your very own fully trained Sauna Master, experts in manipulating steam and traditional leaf whisking.

Saunas, sea plunges and alcohol don’t mix well and can make accidents happen, so we have a strict no-alcohol policy at our spa. We also reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who we deem to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, without a refund or credit. You are welcome to bring along soft drinks to re-hydrate you during your visit. You can bring nibbles too if required (salty is good for post sauna mineral replacement) but we don’t allow food inside the saunas themselves.
