About this Property

Pebble Beach is a lovely seaside house in a great central location, with Brighton Beach and the Pier just metres away! This is an ideal holiday let for groups or families with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, finished to a high standard. The location is ideal if you are here with family and friends as everything is on your doorstep. Shops, cafes, places to eat, nightclubs and entertainment is all within walking distance. A practical and stylish choice.

There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 each sleep 3 guests with twin (these can be made up as king size doubles upon request) plus a single Futon chair bed. Bedroom 3 has the twin zip & link beds to sleep 2 and finally the living room has a double sofa bed to sleep 2.  

Pebble Beach offers a really lovely seaside place to stay. The perfect location to call home while you are staying in Brighton. Pebble Beach has a lovely feel to it. Close to the beach, Brighton Pier, cafe culture and entertainment and with food shops within easy walking distance.

A traditional Victorian townhouse which has been refurbished to create a lovely home from home with two beautiful shower rooms and stylish touches. White walls throughout, carefully chosen accessories and a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. This is an excellent choice for a group of friends for the weekend or for a family for a week in Brighton.

Living Room and Ground Floor
The living room has been stylishly furnished and has two great sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed to sleep 2) from The Futon Company. There is a large LCD TV on the wall and the lighting,pictures and accessories have all been chosen to create a homely & stylish feel. There is free WIFI for guests to log into (details will be in the welcome pack) Just off the living room is a shower room and loo with contemporary tiling and large rainfall shower.

Kitchen/Dining and Lower Ground Floor
A door leads off the living room downstairs to the kitchen/diner. Contemporary units, washing machine and everything you need to self cater although there are some many eat out options close by you probably won’t use the kitchen! There is a dining table which fits against the wall, but it is cleverly designed to pull out and extend so if you did want to eat in it’s possible to do so. (see photos)

First Floor
Bedroom One- has twin zip and link beds and a good quality chair bed from The Futon Company. If you are a family and would prefer a king size double let us know in advance and this can be arranged. There is a beautifully tiled contemporary bathroom/loo on this floor with a walk in rainfall shower with a hand held shower too. Please note there is no bath in the property.

Second Floor
Bedroom Two- which has twin zip & link beds and a good quality chair bed from The Futon Company. 
Bedroom Three-  has twin zip and link beds to sleep 2 guests. 

Access Information

The entrance is up a couple of steps to the front door and then you are straight into the living room.

Parking Information

There is no on-site parking at this property. You can park on the seafront for £5.20 for 11 hours (please check the parking signs). For alternative parking ideas, please visit and use the code CROWN10 to receive a 10% discount.
