Amazing place! 100% would recommend! Had everything 15 hens needed for a Weekend, 3 toilets and showers made life much easier, plenty of mirrors, bedding, towels and plug sockets! There's 3 hairdryers provided and even has 12 keys so everyone could come and go as they pleased. The place was immaculate, beds were comfortable and the living space is perfect, the kitchen is well stocked, we really didn't need anything other than our own bags. 2 minute walk from the train station and 10 from bars and clubs. This really is a stunning place to stay and we were very grateful for the 2 bottles of champagne on arrival!

Fantastic! Brilliant house for girls weekend loved the lounge and bedrooms perfect dining room table for girlie dinner party. Great location near to lanes, station, beach, shops and night life. Very entertaining night in lucky voice karaoke bar. Lots of bed linen and towels and very well equipped kitchen. All in all fantastic weekend thank you.

I booked this accommodation for my sisters hen do in April 2017. My sister was chuffed! The house was beautiful and clean. It was well managed by the agency and they left us 2 bottles of Cava for the weekend! There was plenty of space, large table, lots of mirrors (good for girls getting ready) and well equipped in the kitchen! The company were brilliant throughout booking and the stay! I even left something important in the house which they kindly posted to my address promptly. I would (and already have) recommend people to stay in this house if you are having a weekend in Brighton! We had a great weekend, thank you very much.

One word - WOW! This place was amazing, unusual and one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I just loved it. It had bags of character, which it had retained, even though it had been updated and furnished with no expense spared. The living room was light, airy and comfy with plenty of seating and a fantastic dining area. The bedrooms were so unusual, with split level bunk beds in one of them. The kitchen was small but more than well equipped and there were baths and showers and a wet room. The apartment had lovely polished wooden floors and was spotlessly clean and even provided towels. I love the quirkiness of the place too - the sloping wooden floor where the bedrooms were, the lights inside what looked like a climbing wall! I thought that the location was good - right on the corner of a busy road with easy access to shops and eateries, and a quieter, residential road. I would highly recommend it for larger parties of people. To be honest though, I don't think it would be suitable for children - wooden floors throughout, which could be slippery, especially the sloping floor near the bedrooms. The staircases would not be easy for a small child to negotiate, but if it's an all-adult, fantastic place you want, then this is for you.

Just returned from a wonderful hen weekend at the Toast of Brighton! The apartment is stunning, very modern and quirky and in a great central location. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We were a group of 10 and fitted very comfortably with lots of space leftover. We all loved it! The management company were also very helpful and responded quickly to my emails before the trip. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at The Toast of Brighton for my friend’s hen do 15-17 April as a group of 11 and every single one of us were so impressed with the house itself! It was extremely clean, superbly decorated and had absolutely everything you could possible need. Not to mention being so well located, we walked everywhere! We had a great time here and the private chef we had booked through you was great, Laron was a lovely man and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the kitchen looked untouched as he had cleaned everything away, loaded the dishwasher and put the leftovers in the fridge! Everything just went perfectly from the booking process, during the weekend and after checking out. Thanks for being on hand in the run up to our stay and on the day coming to meet us with the keys as we had got lost.. much appreciated! Oh and thanks for the complimentary Cava which was used as a welcome toast for our hens! Thank you and we will definitely be using you again.

I organised a stay in the Toast of Brighton for my sister's classy hen do. There were 17 other girls and the apartment had enough room for us all to each have our privacy in the different areas of the apartment, but also be sociable in the sitting room and dining areas. I've rented other accommodation but this was by far the best that I've stayed in. They had thought of everything including enough spare keys and even had an ice bucket for our prosecco! It was absolutely beautiful. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Brighton station and just off the North Laine which made herding the hens really easy! The staff were really helpful with the booking and even helped me to book an excellent oriental workshop cookery course in the house itself. Thanks Thomas for answering my many, many questions! I cannot recommend enough, would definitely book again!

I stayed here with a group of girls for my 40th birthday, the place was amazing, very clean and modern and so big that you never felt cramped, even with 13 people all getting ready. It's right next to the lanes so shopping was only a short walk away along with lots of bars, pubs and food places. I would stay here again anytime.

We stayed at the Toast of Brighton last weekend and I couldn't recommend it more! It was exactly as it was in the pictures, and was spotlessly clean. It was in the perfect location, only 5 mins walk from the station, right in the middle of all the shops, and 10 mins to the seafront. The living area was the perfect size for our group of 13 (although the house can cater for 16) with plenty of room for us all to comfortably sit in the lounge and at the dinner table. It was very reasonably priced, and actually per person probably worked out less than we could have got a hotel room for. I would recommend the house to anyone, and one of our group is already considering booking again with another group of friends.

After lots of researching I booked The Toast of Brighton for my sisters hen weekend in March and stayed there for 2 nights and it was prefect. The was ideal for what we had booked and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is in central Brighton, the bars, clubs and pier are a 10/15 minute walk away. We booked through Crown Gardens who were extremely helpful, I would definitely book through them again.

We stayed at a number of properties while visiting the UK, and without any doubt this place was the highlight of our visit. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Brighton, and just a couple minutes from the train station. The property itself is worth the visit, with impeccable style and attention to detail, every room is vibrant and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return. Highly recommended.

This property definitely had the wow factor for us. We went for my sisters hen party, twelve of us altogether. Location was perfect...right in the heart of Brighton and everything was in walking distance, the pier, bars shops etc. Crown Gardens were brilliant. Very professional, helpful and efficient. We all really loved it! The living area was particularly fabulous, a really sociable room. Would definitely book this again!
