Airbnb has exploded over the last few years. Crown Gardens has earned an excellent reputation managing holiday homes in Brighton and beyond. Hosting is something we are used to, from setting up attractive places to stay, styling and photo shooting.
Please note we are only taking on new properties sleeping 8 guests and above.
With us as a Co Host you will reap the benefits of being an amazing Host without the complications. We will assist you with taking bookings, change over, dealing with guests requests or organising any extras. From guest enquiries and communication; arranging cleaning and linen hire; coordinating maintenance and repairs; guest key collections and of course providing 24/7 support for guests. Or organising any extras. Crown Jewels is here to make any occasion a wonderful experience.

Airbnb is loved by landlords simply because it is so easy to use. In fact we can get a listing up and running in under 20 minutes. We are very happy to co host your property. Just keep your own existing listing and add us a co host and we will do the rest.
Alternatively we can create our listing as we have professional agency status with Airbnb which opens up a wealth of benefits such as super strict cancellation terms and fast tracked security deposit claims endorsed by Airbnb's insurance policy.
Whichever route you choose, agencies like ourselves no longer need to collect the guests' monies, you will be paid directly by Airbnb after the guest checks out. Great progress has been made by Airbnb on this front, making everyone's lives that little bit easier.
For this service alone we can co host for a commission basis and also advertise your investment on our wider channels on our own site, with organisers and corporate bookers we have been working with for over a decade. We can also list with Booking.com and Trip Advisor for no extra charge.

The common spaces have clearly been used by lots of groups before and some look a bit tired but as a base for a weekend of exploring Brighton it was great. Stayed at Norfolk Cottage July 2019Saved our holiday with a last minute booking. The place was turned around and ready for us to stay within 3/4 hours which was amazing! Two bottles of Prosecco on our arrival which was a nice touch! Good location within 5 minutes walk to the beach, great pub right opposite as well. Stayed at Hove Haven · Brighton & Hove Haven May 2019I came through on business having not been back in Brighton for a few years, and it was just how I remember the place being. It's a nice place, there's always been a problem with water pressure but for the better part you can't go wrong; It maybe a little struggle if you're on the move and you just need hot water when you need it, but for a holiday, you can make it work and it's perfect for a city escape.
