We are proud to showcase this lavishly luxurious retreat house to sleep up to 12 guests, with a heated swimming pool, large jacuzzi hot tub and hammam style indoor steam room even a fabulous fully equipped gym! Situated only 10 minutes from the centre of Brighton. Stunning outdoor kitchen with gas bbq and fridge and of course a glamorous garden bar to serve your favourite tipples or juices.

This is a high end luxury house, it is not to be used as a venue for noisy wild parties, it is an escape retreat house for luxurious chilled stays. No photo-shoots or filming unless by prior permission. Only the number of guests booked are welcome during your stay. It is of the utmost importance the neighbours are not disturbed after 11pm, especially outside. You must leave the house as you found it. If you use the gas BBQ outside please clean it afterwards, excess cleaning will be charged.
